Individual and Corporate
Sponsorships & Donations.
On August 18th, 2006,
friends and family of Ray Buckley are holding a fundraising benefit at
Fox Glen Golf Club
to help ease Ray's financial burden and allow him to concentrate all his
energies on his fight against Colon Cancer - parts of that fight are medical
options which are not covered under his health insurance plan.
We are
looking for individuals or companies to donate raffle/auction/door prizes for
the event. All donations and corporate sponsorships will be acknowledged. Give
us a banner or poster or sign with your company's name and/or logo and we will
prominently display it during the benefit. Let us advertise your product or
service in exchange for your much needed and much appreciated
support!
What we need:
Raffle/Door
Prizes All Raffle and Door Prizes will be displayed on tables around the
room. We will print a sign for each item stating who donated it. This is a
great spot to let us put your business cards!
Auction Items We
will be holding silent auctions and various other fun-type auctions. We need
items that are larger than Raffle and Door Prizes. All Auction Items will be
displayed on their own tables. We will print a sign for each Auction Item
stating who donated it. This is a great spot to let us put your business
cards!
Event Tent Rental Due to the number of people who want
to attend the Benefit, we have outgrown the Clubhouse capacity at Fox Glen Golf
Club and must now rent an event Tent. We are looking for Cash Donations toward
the rental of the tent. Sponsors for the tent rental will be heavily promoted.
We will place prominent signage stating the companies or individuals who made a
Cash Donation toward the rental of the Tent.
Cash
Donations Cash donations for the purchase of raffle/door/auction prizes
are needed. Give us a banner or poster or sign with your company's name and/or
logo and we will prominently display it during the benefit. Anonymous donations
will be respected.
